WATSON’S CHICKEN
Located in the Heart of Downtown Champaign, Watson’s Shack & Rail serves up Southern and Cajun inspired dishes with a special emphasis on Nashville Hot-style fried chicken sandwiches, seasonal side items, local craft beer, adult slushies, and one of the best bourbon lists in the area.
Watson’s Chicken is their food truck that frequents the UIUC campus, local craft breweries, and fun festivals around central Illinois. “Watson’s Chicken” is also the name they use for any non-original location additions, like the food stand in Memorial Stadium.
