BAKELAB 

Bakelab is the sibling store of the University of Illinois campus favorite Brewlab Coffee. Bakelab focuses more on the art of making pastry, particularly croissants. Started by the Brewlab team and an executive pastry chef with a 2 Michelin star restaurant in her background, Bakelab has quickly become known as the best place to get a croissant and a coffee in Champaign-Urbana.
